These really do seem to help with stuff like hair and nails. I think my skin looks nicer but I don’t think it helped at all with acne.

This Hush & Hush Skin Brightening Supplement is very overpriced. I think the ingredients are good but I didn’t see any difference in my skin after finishing the bottle. There were no dramatic changes to my skin whatsoever. I have some hyperpigmentation that shows up from time to time and I’ve found that the best remedy is to just apply a very thick moisturizer to the dark areas and that usually resolves it. I thought I’d give this supplement a try anyway because all of its promises had me quite intrigued. I will say though, the presentation for this supplement is top notch. It comes in a glass bottle inside a thick cardboard cylinder. The whole experience feels very luxurious. I just don’t feel that the ingredients are worth the price point, especially if I’m not seeing results. The directions say to take 2 capsules daily. The jar has 60 capsules total, so that’s a 30 day supply. I found the capsules to be a little hard to swallow. So I would take one at a time. Also, don’t take this supplement on an empty stomach or after just a little bit of food. Whenever I took this supplement without a full meal ahead of time, I got a stomach ache and felt nauseous. Overall, I don’t think this supplement is really worth it. These ingredients can be sourced for much less. I recommend skipping this one. Save your coin!

I am a huge advocate for ‘beauty’ and well-being from the inside out. I don’t see anything wrong with mindfully supplementing, assuming you do your research and not go overboard, especially on fat-soluble vitamins and minerals. As such, be aware, many of the H & H supplements are rich in vitamin c and zinc.I have a few of the Hush & Hush brand of supplements. The one thing they all have in common is the excess of expensive nested cardboard cylinder branded packaging. I think having a thick, stiff cardboard sleeve is a bit excessive, wasteful. Notably, it does protect the oversized glass vitamin jar on the inside, and the sleeves are stylish, colorful, and striking. The Brighten+ version is one of Hush & Hush’s skin-focused supplement. It comes in a 60 count, giving the user a 30 day supply for ~$60. Notable, this is the math based on the time of purchase. Quality and packaging aside, it is a pricey supplement ($1 per capsule, $2 per suggested serving). You are instructed to take two easy to swallow gel-capsules daily. They’re formulated with vitamin C, zinc, and a proprietary plant-based “brightening complex” blend. I won’t go too in-depth about their Brightening Complex as H & H has an up-to-date image of the supplement’s label. Sufficit to say, it is comprised of herbs and fruit extracts.Everything is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and claims to be manufactured in the USA.Are these worth it?Not really, but that is based on my assessment of paying $60 for a 30 day supply of herbs that may or may not benefit the skin. You’d have to keep taking these, assuming they provided the claims of giving the user clear skin. Remember, supplements are not held to the same rigorous standards as other drugs and food. The packaging is beautiful but wasteful.

Hush & Hush SkinCapsule BRIGHTEN+ – Skin Brightening Vitamin C Supplement – Glowing Skin Beauty Vitamins – Reduces Dark Spots & Discoloration | Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free – 60 CapsulesInstead of brighten+ I received hush & hush’s immunity blend. It’s surprisingly, very very green. Deep dark green. You have to take 2 capsuls for a single serving. I would say that’s pretty normal. I actually prefer it this way, because if a manufacturer is claiming an array of ingredients, how are they able to fit enough amount in a single capsule? I feel like having a 2 capsule full provides more of the beneficial ingredient, in a more plausible amount. I apparently started taking this, as I was getting exposed to covid. So I don’t know how it would react if you started taking this ahead of time. It didn’t cure me of anything, but it didn’t make me feel worse, so it might have some immunity boosting effect.

Well these vitamins certainly come nicely packaged, and look the part of a high end vitamin. That being said, more important is how well they work, and are they effective. Well to be honest, it’s often difficult to quantify the benefits of these types of products, and often the results can be subjective and vary. From my experience, I did like the supplements, and would say that prolonged use of this vitamin would be a very good and adequate thing to include for ones daily routine. I do use other products for my skin in conjunction with these, and that being said, they did not disagree with me, or cause any sort of negative reaction. I didn’t find it completely necessary to take them with a meal or anything, but I mostly did by having them in the morning before my daily oatmeal. I did however forget to take them once or twice, and just popped them when I remembered, and had no ill effect from that. I can’t necessarily quantifiably tell you that my skin is wonderful now, and it’s all because of these vitamins, but I can say with confidence that they could certainly add to the health benefits of your skin. I do believe that supplement taken internally are far more powerful at achieving this result, than topical creams or anything, so I am confident in their abilities. So far so good for me, and I would recommend them if they are something you could afford.

I’m really disappointed in these pills, there were no significant differences and what effects I did experience were just similar to biotin. Although these pills are safe to take, you can find these ingredients for cheaper in other pills. Personally, there was no difference experienced from my use and I used these for a month. I personally don’t these pills are amazing but what I did experience wasn’t bad, just underwhelming. Although I wasn’t a fan, the presentation is amazing and this pills container looks beautiful. The pills have no noticeable taste and they’re easy to swallow. I think there’s better alternatives available but if you’re interest in these, I’d give them a try.

Hush Hush is a brand i have been exploring for the past year with emphasis on their hair nutrients. I have been super happy with their quality ingredients, results from the formulas and classy packaging. It is a tricky thing when I review a health supplement because thee is not many edible products you can consume and see instant results. I therefore have developed a method of updating the reviews that are within this subject category.Being that I will have to give it some time to write honest feedback I can say I feel confident the long term results will be satisfactory. I say this because the hair formula I have been using by this brand has similar ingredients that work on skin and hair. Also I have had no negative reaction after taking this for several days. I have many allergies so to have zero negative reactions is a great start. These capsules are easy on the digestive system and can be taken with even a handful of nuts-or something light like that- you do not need to eat a whole meal with these.I have sensitive skin and an overly oily face so i am hoping this supplement will contribute to bringing some sort of balance there.I will have to update this when some time has passed- To conclude there have been no negative side effects and signs a re pointing to this being a good freind to my skin.

This is the second product from this brand that I have tested. I love the packaging. It’s beautiful and very high end and just like the HYDRATE version, the cardboard container can easily be repurposed and the bottle itself is glass. The only complaint I have with the packaging is that the bottle is only half filled so I feel like they could either up the quantity in the bottle or size down the packaging. As for the pills, they are normal sized and easy to swallow and didn’t have any taste. I have been taking these for about two weeks now and wow! I can really tell difference. I feel like the redness has gone down a little and over all my skin is more glowy and bright.I have even missed a couple days here and there and my skin still seems to be keeping its brightness. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they actually work. Again, just like the HYDRATE version I going to very sad when my bottle is gone because sadly I can’t afford $60 a month on them. The price is the only reason I knocked off a star off because I truly feel like they work. If you can afford them, give them a try!

There’s 60 capsules in the bottle so they are about $1 per pill. The directions say to take two capsules daily, so the bottle is a one month supply that works out to $2 per day for the pills (at the current price of $60 shown).I feel like the cost is a little pricy for me to want to rebuy them, although I can’t argue the quality and nice packaging of them. I think if money were of no consequence to me I would probably just continue to rebuy and take them endlessly. I can’t really deduct stars for my cheapness, so I’m saying 5 stars. The bottle is amber glass and it comes in a really nice round cardboard container that feels like an event to unbox. The presentation of them is actually nice enough to make it a giftable item. Even though it’s a slightly non-standard item to gift, it might work for somebody close to you like a mom who likes beauty and health items. It’s a little difficult to tell if these pills alone are working or not, which is another reason I probably won’t rebuy them.I say difficult to determine the effectiveness, as I’m also in the habits of using various face masks and serums in an effort to maintain a youthful completion. I also try to improve previous really bad habits with increasing my water drinking, healthier eating, less fast food, etc. So it’s hard to know at the end of the day if any changes in skin is due to products I try topically, eating and drinking changes, or these pills I’ve been taking. I figure though that it’s pretty harmless and simple in general to just take a pill though- so it’s worth a shot.Conceptually I really like the idea of these, because the idea of a pill helping my skin or complexion seems like such a simple and easy way to improve my health that it seems like a win win. I like the idea of combining these with a good skin regimen of products too to really maximize that feeling that I’m doing everything I can to at least try to maintain some good skin as I age. They are very easy to swallow and I never have any adverse reactions to them. They don’t taste like anything at all.Overall I’d recommend them.
