I had craze lines on my teeth and this seemed to have helped. I was taking it with my multivitamins but because there’s some calcium in my multis already I think I was supposed to space them out and take them separately.

This brand has a good reputation and I had no problems or complications taking these supplements. I took one every evening with dinner, as I already eat a nutrient rich diet, but was advised that women over 40 should be taking calcium. The only thing I did not like about these was the size of the pills – they are huge and not always easy to swallow. Otherwise, this seems to me to be a quality product.

I have taken calcium supplements for years and HUM is a known brand so I was interested to try these out. I won’t be repurchasing. This is mainly because the pills are big and a bit hard to swallow. I don’t usually have any issue with swallowing pills but these are definitely large and kind of chalky. You also only get 30 days worth in one bottle as you are supposed to take two per day. I will stick to my calcium gummies. They are a better value and much easier to consume.

These pills are quite big, so taking them is not great. Calcium is extremely important for the body and these pills are a great way to get your daily dose especially for people that are lactose intolerant or simply don’t like milk or its derivatives.

This Hum Got Calcium with Vitamin D supplement was available to me through the Amazon Vine program. The bottle contains 60 vegan tablets, which is 30 servings. Two tablets only provide 48% of the RDA for calcium and 50% of the RDA for Vitamin D3. Like many calcium supplements, the pills are large (about 1″) and may be difficult for some people to swallow. I would prefer something smaller, especially since multiple tablets are needed. I also find these a little pricey. These tablets are made in the USA.

These things are like horse pills. I personally have to take 1 at a time as I struggled a bit with both (I usually don’t have issues with taking multiple capsules at once). No noticeable aftertaste. I don’t get enough calcium in my daily life so this helps give me that extra that I need.

Finally, a high quality calcium citrate D3 supplement with a reasonable dosage! I’m someone who’s very picky when it comes to vitamins and supplements; I have to be. Most of the vitamins and supplements on the market are questionable at best, poor quality at worst. Many companies use vitamins and such from sketchy sources, add harmful fillers, go over the daily percentage value of said vitamin or a combination of all three of these things. That said, it’s very difficult to find a high quality supplement. This brand is one of the very few high quality ones. I decided to order these for my mom, who suffers from chronic and severe bone and pain. Calcium is a natural pain reliever. Calcium citrate is one of the better forms instead of calcium carbonate. This is a reasonable amount of calcium and D3. These pills are huge, we had to crush them up and put them in pudding. The taste isn’t the greatest of course, but I’m here to rate on effectiveness. My mom felt a little tired after taking the pills, but it helped to relieve some of her pain while she is recovering from an injury. Her injury is healing faster now as she is using these pills as well as a healthy dose of zinc. These are a great supplement to have around to get a safe but reliable source of calcium and D3. Highly recommend ordering!

I have tried so many Hum supplements and have enjoyed taking them all. I am avoiding dairy at the moment which is where I typically get most of my calcium. I’ve added these to my diet and am hoping they help supplement what I am lacking.
