I have been on the search for a good multivitamin but these just weren’t it. They smell so terrible that I could barely get them down. After I swallowed them, I started to become very nauseous. I wish I could have liked these, but they just didn’t work for me.

I wanted to give these a try as I’ve been trying to get into a habit of taking a multivitamin and had only used the normal brands you find in major grocery stores.Everyone seems to be pushing gummies now and I’m on the fence about those and would just rather take a traditional pill. I haven’t noticed a difference honestly, except that whenever I go to the bathroom now my pee is bright yellow. I don’t really understand why some ingredients go beyond over 100% of the daily recommended dose.I only have a few days left of the bottle but I am trying out a different brand for now.

Omg it smells like rotten eggs. As soon as you even try to swallow them you want to throw up. Had me nauseous all day. Never again. Why would they make vitamins that you can’t take cause of taste and smell.

The plastic wrapper around the lid was on and intact but when I opened the bottle, the paper barrier was completely torn off. Both HUM vitamins were like that. The vitamins appear to be the ones inside but still sketchy

A colleague recommended I try Hum for my vitamins. I am taking the multi and the hair and nail. I am only a week in to the multi-vitamin and I am beginning to feel a difference. The vitamins are a great size, they are easy to swallow, and the value is comparable to vitamins I have researched.I am going to look at some of the other options to add in my regimen!
