This video is a real time at home 12 minute full body tabata circuit workout. It was created and is guided by an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (me!). This is a low impact HIIT style workout with no jumping, but it is still a great sweaty cardio session that will get your heart rate elevated so you can burn body fat & calories! This video is a timed & guided full body kettlebell workout, but you can substitute a dumbbell for the kettlebell easily! This circuit will target and tone your core, obliques, shoulders, chest, back, biceps, quads, hamstrings & glutes- so truly full body! This workout can be done at home and is apartment friendly. I love to incorporate full body weighted workouts like this often because they help me to decrease body fat, but increase muscle tone and definition.
