This made a huge difference in my skin! I don’t know if I can live without it again …. However the packaging is horrendously excessive and probably contributes on large part to the high price. Glass bottle in a box in a box in a box. Why?

Having a few years on my body, it’s not just my skin that needs some help. My bones, especially the joints, are crying out for help, and believe me, they sure let me know that I need to give them some extra tender loving care. This supplement is designed and marketed for younger and healthier skin, but these properties are also very good for those old and aching joints due to arthritis. They oil up those creaking bones. They are also good for the digestive system as well as acid reflux. You know, all of those old people issues. This is a whole combo deal here.So far, I can’t see or feel any difference whatsoever with my skin. That’s okay, I’ve got creams and lotions for that. But my bones do feel a tiny bit better. Sure, I still have those rough days, but I’m moving around more easily and not cracking up as much. That acid reflux has been a little less prevalent also. Could it be due to these pills that come packaged in a pretty little tube? I don’t know, maybe. My only real gripe is the outlandish price. Just much too expensive for most people, especially seniors who could benefit from these the most. There’s nothing all that expensive in these capsules. The fancy and very protective cardboard tube container does cost the company a little bit more, but nowhere near that much to justify such a high price tag. I really like this supplement but hope so much that they do something about the very high price.

Hush & Hush SkinCapsule HYDRATE+ – Skin Care Beauty Supplement – Promotes Anti-Aging – Glowing Skin with Hyaluronic Acid, Cococin & Ceramosides | Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free – 60 CapsulesI love how much good stuff this has in 1. I usually take 120mg of hyaluronic acid everyday. HA is part of the blend in this product, so you can’t tell how much is actually in there. I haven’t seen any difference since I started this brand, so I am assuming that there is enough HA included in the blend. But there is no way to know, so if you are looking for a specific amount of a specific ingredient, I might look elsewhere. Generally, you would have to trust the company to be able to take a “blend” like this at such higher cost. I personally am not familiar with the company, and did not notice any difference from regular HA.

I have a few of the Hush & Hush brand of supplements. They all have an excess of expensive nested cardboard cylinder branded packaging. Most are formulated with vitamin C. I think having a thick, stiff cardboard sleeve is a bit excessive, wasteful. Notably, it does protect the oversized glass vitamin jar on the inside, and the sleeves are stylish, colorful, and striking. But the cardboard is going to get tossed, along with a large glass jar after you use up the 30-day supply. The Hydrate+ version is Hush & Hush’s skincare supplement. It comes in a 60 count, giving the user a 30 day supply for ~$60. Quality and packaging aside, it is a pricey supplement. You are instructed to take two capsules daily. As I mentioned, they’re formulated with vitamin C and a proprietary blend called Hydration Complex. This “complex” is comprised of hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, red ginseng, matcha leaf, resveratrol, etc. A lot of skin-friendly ingredients, whether you were to ingest them or layer them atop your face.Everything is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and claims to be manufactured in the USA. The capsules smell herby, are a light taupe powder, and are easy to take.I can’t say these have made any significant difference in my complexion. I don’t think I could justify spending $60 every month on skincare vitamins without seeing some noteworthy improvement. What I can say is Hush & Hush does seem to put some thought into their formulations, and the quality of their overall brand is high.

I’ve only been using this a few days so I’ll update this later if I notice a difference. Other people seem to be getting good results so I’m hopeful. I mostly wanted to get down my initial reaction which is that this has way too much unnecessary packaging. Maybe they could reduce the price if they got rid of the cardboard tube this comes in and made the bottle half the size, because it’s maybe a third full when you get it. You think you’re getting a lot of product, but you’re just getting a lot of packaging. The bottle is a thick glass so the outer tube is just for looks, to make this look high end. The label on the bottle is good enough for that. Seriously, I don’t need my supplements to look designer, I just need them to work.As for the capsules, I’m not a fan of taking capsules this size but it’s okay if I take them one at a time and with some juice, because there is a bit of a bad taste. Nothing horrible, but you do notice it. Orange juice masks it well. I haven’t had any bad side effects or digestive issues, so they are great on that end.I’ll update this in a month or so to say whether or not I got any good results from this.

I’ve nearly used up the entire bottle, and I can’t say I’ve seen any noticeable difference. I don’t feel any more hydrated, and my skin appears no different. I suffer from occasional joint pain due to an autoimmune disease, and was really hoping to notice a benefit there. Again, I can’t see any change. The pills themselves have no taste, and are very easy to swallow. I think maybe my hands have felt less dry, but even that seems to have more to do with the winter air then a benefit derived from this product. I really can’t see any change, and especially not one to make the $60 price tag feel worth it.

I have to say that when these came in the mail I was skeptical of how well they would work. The packaging was beautiful and very high end. The cardboard container can easily be repurposed and the bottle itself is glass. The only complaint I have with the packaging is that the bottle is only half filled so I feel like they could either up the quantity in the bottle or size down the packaging. As for the pills, they are normal sized and easy to swallow and didn’t have any taste. It took about a week before I started noticing a difference in my skin. I feel like my skin is now taking my moisturizer better and it is staying hydrated longer. I don’t have as many dry patches either. I have even missed a couple days here and there and it’s still working great. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they actually work. I going to to very sad when my bottle is gone because sadly I can’t afford $60 a month on them. The price is the only reason I knocked off a star off because I truly feel like they work. They are worth the price though if you can afford them.

$60 for 1 month is a bit out of my price range. I just finished the bottle and honestly I don’t see any noticeable changes. Maybe I would have to take it longer to see any discernible changes, but I can’t justify the price. I didn’t experience and ill side affects and they were easy to swallow.

Ok so I don’t know a ton about supplements and I really didn’t do a deep dive into the ingredients in this product yet. It seems to be high end supplement, it is packaged really well and is apparently developed by a plastic surgeon.I have a few different supplements from this brand, one is hydrate and the other is brighten. The ingredients are different and I’m wondering if its ok to take both at the same time. I’m not sure so I take these both every other day. I honestly think that i’ll need to take the full bottle before noticing any actual results. I haven’t noticed any issues or improvements yet but will update my review once I have finished the bottle.

I live in hot, humid Florida. For the few months we have that aren’t summer and the humidity drops, my skin takes a beating. My skin is used to the humidity and when it doesn’t have it, I dry out like a raisin. I use moisturizing body wash, after shower moisturizer, and moisturizer applied several times a day. It’s still not enough. I’ve been taking these capsules for 2 weeks now. While I don’t really see a difference, I sure feel it. I’m not itchy anymore. My skin was so dry that I was literally itchy all over because of it and constantly putting more moisturizer on. Now a once a day application plus the Hush & Hush Hydrate+ caps and I’m good. Delighted with the results, but the price is a bit high for me to use them every month.
