Let me start by saying I really like Hum products and will continue to buy them. I’m so disappointed with this one. With in the first few days I could tell it messed my digestion system and I needed fiber- never have I taken fiber before but this slowed my system for some reason. This was after I decided to take half the dose daily to see if that would remedy, it did not. I continued taking 1 pill instead of the recommended two and have needed fiber every day. I couldn’t tell a difference in my skin/appearance. Disappointing to even leave a review like this consider how much I’ve liked their other products. I won’t buy this one again 🙁

This product seems to be working fine for my skin but I’m reviewing it because of a secondary effect by which I was pleasantly surprised. This has actually acted as an appetite suppressant for me. I think it must be the green tea extract and turmeric. So, while not the purpose of this supplement, it was a happy coincidence at the very least!
