I’ve been taking these for about 2-3 weeks, and I do notice a difference. I’m highly skeptical of most skin products, because it’s all marketing, and it’s usually not working. I’ve been struggling with acne for 15 years and tried everything one can imagine and nothing works. I don’t want to say that this is a magical product. My skin isn’t 100% clear, but it did clear up by 70-80%. Since I’ve been taking it for such a short time, I don’t know if it’s the product or if I’m just having a good period. I won’t be able to know for sure until I’ve been using them for a few months ++. But something definitely did change a few days after I started taking them.The only thing I don’t understand with this product is the choice to add maltodextrin. It’s a synthetic sweetner, and it’s not healthy. I see no reason. Additionally, people with diabetes has to be careful eating it.

I would say to remember to stick with it if you’re really gunning for that clear skin. Bc of covid i wasnt going out much anyway, i had maybe 4 weeks of straight up large bumps protruding from all different angles on my face. After which it was smooth sailing with glowing radiant skin. Good luck.

Don’t get me started on how quickly my acne prone skin cleared up, and dark spots faded. Previously my gut and skin were so temperamental and painful and everything I ate showed up in one or the other or both! Now, on both this and the daily cleanse, I am more regular, bloat less, experience less acne flair ups during my cycle, and have a lot less pain with meals in general. Also noticed when I do get zits they heal quickly and without scarring. Also pores are clearer and overall skin texture more even. In full disclosure, I also use topical creams for acne but had not seen any improvements in skin for 3months when I tried these supplements to break that plateau. They worked for me. Recommended to a friend who experienced the same results as me!**Prepare for initial purge both in skin and bowels when you first start!! Use when you can be home and near your potty. After about 3/4 days you should be on a new normal. You’ll def start to see improvements by then too.

Used these for 5 months- so I bought three bottles in total. It seemed like they cleared up some of my acne, maybe preventing new from forming and even the eczema on the back of my arms was clearing up. But by month 4 I started noticing some flesh colored, raised bumps on my forehead and so I stopped using the prebiotic and the bumps started going away after 4 days of discontinued use?? Maybe coincidence but it was the only thing I changed in my diet and no new beauty products. I personally don’t think I’ll use them anymore. Everyone is different may work flawlessly for someone else. I am giving 4 stars because I think they have some merit, just maybe not meant for extended use?

I’d spent SO MUCH TIME, looking and spending exponential amounts of money trying to find a solution for my cystic, under the skin acne. It impacted my confidence so much I would refrain from leaving the house, or wear a literal mask to try to hide a breakout. All the derm visits and tears…for only the misery to continue for YEARS. I’m writing this review to BEG you to add this to your cart and start living YOUR best life! I wake up and literally can not believe in 3 months I literally had a 180, and now people ask ME about how to have clear skin. I’m always skeptical of reviews which is why I wanted to write one to let you know…this is legit, the results are shockingly good. The only thing that I didn’t like about this product is they Robb you for the amount of pills that they give you for that price you should be having more pills it’s always something can’t win for losing cut that price down for the amount of pills that you guys give people stop robbing people for that amount of pills other than that the stuff works great

So just a little about me.I’m 28 female and I’m pretty healthy.My hormones have always been messed up.I tried to correct them recently with a herbal formula which did work it gave me a period on time every month HOWEVER . That herbal formula gave me under the skin pimples ever since I started taking it.I found this probiotic on Amazon the first bottle worked! I was so happy I found something because the struggle is real. HOWEVER, I purchased my next two bottles from a local Sephora and for some reason it stopped working. I started to break out on my chin on my back and just random areas on my body it also didn’t stop the under the skin pimples either. I just think my hormones are too messed up for me to take anything so I decided to stop taking my herbal formula and these pills. It’s pretty vain I rather have clear skin and a random period lol I hope this review helps somebody .(I’ll give an update if my skin clears up)
