I’m a big fan of Hum products and this product in particular works wonders for my hair. Makes my hair feel very thick and it’s growing faster as well. I haven’t noticed much of a difference in my skin yet.

I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but I have really enjoyed taking these vitamins. I haven’t seen a DRASTIC change in my hair and skin, but I would note I have been taking them for about two months and my acne scars seem to be healing a bit faster and my hair is shedding less.Another possible benefit that I think is attributed to this vitamin: for any other menstruating womxn out there who also get horrid periods and mood swings…I think this has actually helped me? It may be the vitamin E, but I have felt less unhinged and less weepy during PMS for the past two months. I feel oddly calm even in the middle of quarantine. I don’t know if this is common, but I figured I might as well mention because I think it is related to these vitamins.

I don’t think this hair supplement is for me. I used it for about 2 months and it seems like my hair was falling out more than usual. I’m not sure if it’s just me, my scalp was itchy. Everyone is different so it may work on some people…it’s just not for me.

First I don’t really like taking vitamins if I can do or find something all natural to help. I decided to try these out because my hair was falling out at a faster pace then I was use to. I take the recommended does of two in the morning with some water and I can honestly say that I within three weeks noticed I wasn’t losing my hair in clumps anymore. My face has cleared up as well and I really wasn’t expecting that or bought these for the face. I am really happy to say I would buy these again because of the improvement I have seen in the time I have been using it. I would recommend you at least try it to see and give it a shot. I did and I am very happy with the outcome and loving my healthier hair growth and fullness again.

My scalp started generating baby hair within three days of starting the vitamins. This vitamin is definitely a game changer! The only downfall is acne. I get acne on my face from this vitamin. But I’m so happy with the new hair growth that I take one pill every other day and that helps too. If you see acne popping, I suggest reduce the frequency of the pills.

Waited a month to write this review because I wanted to truly try it out first. Went through a whole bottle and my skin the past month has been amazing!! As soon as I ran out I broke out… cystic acne + wearing a face mask. I just got my second bottle yesterday and took two pills, I woke up today with my cyst almost fully down! I love these vitamins! I will continue to buy! My acne and back-ne haven’t been this clear for a long time.
