I’ve been taking these only for a short time. Biotin takes time to work and it either will or it won’t, but my review is not 5 stars because my bottle doesn’t contain selenium. If it is supposed to, it’s missing from the label, and if it’s not supposed to, it shouldn’t be advertised. That was a deciding factor in my purchase.

I have particularly thin nails and fine hair (always have). I discovered when I quit taking something for my hair, my nails were ripping or breaking at or below the quick so I began taking this. I’ve been taking it for 5-1/2 months now (enough time for the nails to grow out) and they do seem to be improved. They will never be thick nails and they will occasionally continue to rip below the quick but they are improved.

Decided to try these supplements and have been pleasantly surprised! I’ve had really weak nails on both toes and hands and I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks (even a few skipped days), and I’ve already noticed a difference in the strength of the nails! They don’t feel brittle anymore, slowly getting stronger. Even my hair too, the biotin seems to be of good quality and concentration. Definitely an upside that its “free from” so many things, and if you’re like me and can’t swallow big pills, you can always open the capsule into a large spoon and mix with some water into a paste to swallow. Doesn’t taste like anything, and again, surprising and fast results within 3 weeks use!The shipping/handling was done really fast as well, so 5/5 for the product 😀

It works…my nail health had declined so much during all the 2020 stressors. I started taking take this Nov2020 and the comparison pic is Feb2021 (3mth give or take). I recommend using a strong nail polish to protect while the unhealthy nails grow out. This will take a few weeks before you start seeing a difference. I love the results, no more flaking thin weak nails!!!Worth it to try and at least get your nails to a healthy balance.

I have been a Viviscal Professional Hair Vitamin user for over 10 years and have had great luck with this brand-not only for hair, but also for NAILS. However, I felt I needed a nail vitamin in addition to the Viviscal. After using the Hum Nail Vitamins for two months, I was greatly disappointed. I saw ZERO IMPROVEMENT.

I’ve been taking these for a few months now and this product maybe has improved my nails very slightly. They are still soft and I was hoping they’d be stronger. They may work very well for others as I have always struggled with weak nails.

Since I have been using this product, my nails are much stronger. During the pandemic I was not able to go to a nail salon as they were closed, so I reached out for this product. I am using this product for brittle nails. My dermatologist said there was nothing I could do about them, because finger nails get brittle with age!! But on reading reviews of this product, I decided to give it a try. I have been taking it for almost 2 months by now. Some of the reviews exagerated a little in saying, it showed immediate results. I have not seen that with my nails, but there is definite an improvement and I just bought another bottle of 60 pills, and will continue taking them to see if after another 2 months, I will see better improvement in my very brittle nails.
