I’ve been taking these for 3 months now and I’ve really noticed a difference. They have no flavor, easy to swallow and do not make my sensitive stomach upset even taking them on an empty stomach.

Came on time and bottle came in tact perfectly. Just replenished a couple of these bottles for my daily regimine routine. I am on the HUM Nutrition program for Women on their official website. Love that the pills are small in size, very easy to swallow, and even the bottle is cute in size. These bottles are the perfect companion size for travel. (it is the only size the bottles come in) Because I am an Asian woman and most of us do not get enough adequate supply or amount of Vitamin D (daily, outside sunlight) to our daily lives and vitamin supplement nutrition health. It is very important to obtain an adequate amount of Vitamin D. Been taking this one for several months (or half a year) now into my program and I love the way my skin feels with this Vitamin D pill, along with taking the HUM OMG! Omega The Great (Omega 3 Fish Oil) pills. My skin is not dry anymore. It also feels very soft, moist, and well-balanced. All these HUM Nutrition pills are non-habit forming, non-GMO, vegan/gluten free, and no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives with any of them. I highly recommend women try HUM Nutrition because I honestly stand by it!

I started taking HUM when I got a small packet in my Sephora Sun Safety kit. I liked the bright yellow of the pills, and I felt better when I took them. At least, I *think* I did… Fast-forward to Today. I’ve been on HUM D for around five months. I have a SUSTAINED NEW LEVEL OF ENERGY! My mood is *definitely* wayyy better- I’m happier and I MOVE AROUND MORE. I read that it takes some weeks to experience results. This was NOT my experience! I felt the Difference almost immediately, leading me to believe I WAS likely DEFICIENT! I don’t know for positive (about the deficiency part), but honestly I do know it IS this vitamin supplement that has changed everything for me!! You’ve really nothing to lose but $15 trying them. Try them!HUM Here Comes The Sun FTW!!!

I love this product. It’s done so much for my mood and my skin. But how is $20? It’s only $12 everywhere else, including HUM’s website! I triple checked thinking maybe this was for two bottles, but it’s only for one. I can’t continue to buy this on Amazon for $8 more than the manufacturers price.

First of all, I’ve had good experiences with HUM vitamins and vitamin D supplements are really where it’s at, but these were too strong. I live in an 8-months-of-dark-and-cold-winter type of place where we’re known to be vitamin D deficient and started taking supplements about 2 years ago. I got a normal grocery store brand (1,000 IU gel capsule) and they worked GREAT! I tried these to see if it would be even better since they’re marketed as “high potency” and have a higher dosage (2,000 IU). I was careful to not change anything about my diet or lifestyle because I wanted to know if it worked better. Around day 5 I was super thirsty, and 10 days later I stopped taking them altogether because I felt terrible- always super thirsty, anxious yet sluggish, dizzy, and having heart palpitations. I stopped and went back to my old vitamin and the issues went away.I don’t know much about IUs or how much vitamin D is too much, and I do take a multivitamin with a little bit of vitamin D, so its possible that this combination gave me too much and would be just fine for someone else not on a multivitamin. But I don’t recommend it if you’re taking other multivitamins, or at least not without research first.

I have tried different vitamin D pills. This one is the first brand that has agreed with my system. Also the high potency is much needed in places like the midwest. I take 2 a day in the winter and fall and 1 a day in the summer. I have not figured out my spring regiment yet. But this dosage works for me. It gives me energy and helps me move through the day. Long term it helps me with deficiency issues.

If you check trust pilot and the better business bureau, you will find what I found out the hard way. The HUM company is predatory, when you make a purchase from them they do a sneaky bait and switch and you end up with a subscription you had no idea you were signing up for. I have no idea if this product is any good, but if a company has to resort to this in order to make money, it makes me highly suspicious that they have a decent product.
