Drunk Elephant Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser – Gentle Face Wash and Makeup Remover for All Skin Types (150 mL / 5 Fl Oz)
- BESTE No. 9 JELLY CLEANSER. An innovative jelly cleanser that removes all traces of makeup and grime. Free of SLS, fragrance and essential oils, Beste is totally non-irritating, non-sensitizing and appropriate for every skin type.
- BALANCED, HEALTHY SKIN. Beste has a pH of 6.1, which is what powers the stacked mild cleansing ingredients and helps keep the natural barrier of skin balanced and healthy. This cruelty-free product is vegan and gluten-free.
- SENSITIVE VS. SENSITIZED. When skin is exposed to irritants and sensitizers, damage can be imperceptible and cumulative, leaving it in a reactive mode. “Sensitive” skin is often just skin that has become sensitized over time by harsh additives.
- MADE IN THE USA. Drunk Elephant doesnt take shortcuts or compromise ingredients to save money. They are hands-on and will stay true to their ethos. Their products are designed, tested and made in the United States. Drunk Elephant is certified cruelty-free, they have never, nor will ever, animal test or allow products to be tested on animals.

My fave! My face and back feel sooo clean every time I wash my face! No residue left after washing and my acne has cleared up

it makes your skin really soft but also I dont feel like it did much for me

I have sensitive skin that gets dried out easily, and this cleanser felt like it sucked all the life out of my skin. Good for removing makeup, and it seems to be truly fragrance free which is nice, but if you need something that retains any of your skin’s moisture I would save your $.

I can’t imagine ever switching to another brand for the rest of my life

I have extremely sensitive skin. And that is not an exaggeration. One wrong ingredient and I’m breaking out, burning or red as a tomato.I was desperately searching for a new facial cleanser to clear up my skin when I got a sample of this from my local makeup store. After finishing the sample I immediately bought more and I will NEVER go back. This is the only cleanser that keeps my skin glowing, hydrated and clear. I’ve struggled with cystic acne for my entire life (I am 25) and it helps so much without irritating my skin. I never have that “tight” feeling after washing my face, whether I dry wash or use it in the shower.I tried switching to a cheaper cleaner and NOPE, I came right back. Within 1 week on the other cleaner I was breaking out and red again. One week later using Drunk Elephant and my skin was clear and bright again.A bottle lasts me about 2 months with washing 1-2 times a day (that’s less than $1 per day!!) and I have yet to see any bad results after a year of use.If you have sensitive skin prone to breakouts or irritation this face wash is EXACTLY what you’ve been looking for.

First time buyer of this product and have enjoyed using it. Good for sensitive skin. Leaves your skin feeling very soft and clean. Seller was very prompt in delivery. Was also packaged very well.

I have combination skin and I use this facial wash every evening. I love how lightweight it feels on my skin. However I do feel that it strips the moisture overtime. I constantly am moisturizing after washes and in the mornings but that could also just be me. I haven’t found a better cleanser that works for combo skin and that’s so lightweight though so I will continue using this product

This face wash is amazing. I have combination to dry skin and my face always feels so clean but not stripped afterwards!

I wish there was a full list of ingredients on the listing so that I don’t have to find out when the product arrives. The ingredient list on the package does not specify the source of glycerin. And the label on the front is misleading: “cantaloupe glycerin pH 5.5” is referring to glycerin and cantaloupe as separate ingredients, not to cantaloupe as a source of glycerin. Which means that the glycerin is likely to be petroleum based. That is a bad ingredient. And, like the product listing says, “a product is only as good as its worst ingredient.” This product doesn’t live up to its claims and it isn’t worth nearly forty dollars. I will be returning.
